You may be asking “how can I help with the rally?”  Here's how... 

Prayer:

We are looking for prayer teams to prayer walk and prayer drive during the 30 Days of Prayer emphasis for the rally. We are looking for individuals to pull together prayer groups in their local churches and organizations to pray before, during and after the Sturgis Rally ministry. We will have prayer teams prayer walking and meeting in prayer groups during the rally on site as well as off site. You can also be involved in praying for the Sturgis Rally by going to this website and participating in the Virtual Prayer Walk. We are offering the prayer booklet, 30 Days of Prayer for Sturgis, which is a devotional guide that you can follow 30 days prior to the Rally. At this website you can order these booklets at no cost. Register at this website to be part of our prayer emphasis.

Teams:

We are looking for teams of individuals to come and share their testimonies at our booths in Sturgis and Rapid City. The deadline to register is July 5, 2011. At this website you will discover how you can register to volunteer to work and register for housing during the Rally. Team leaders will need to go to the link and click on registering your team. Name your team and select the days you will work. Indicate your location preference. After you have registered your team, go to member registration and enter information about all your team members or contact your team members and tell them to go to the link and register as a team member. You will need to give them the link, the days you indicated that your team will work and your team name. 

Finances:

For five years we have tried to make it as inexpensive as possible. This year we are facing more pressure on our finances and have required us to ask for a registration fee. We still have free limited housing in churches. This housing will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. We have entered into an agreement with Cedar Canyon Camp in Rapid City to house teams. Teams will be housed in economy rooms with bunk beds that will accomodate up to 12 people with a shower house available. These room will cost $20 per night per volunteer. The limited space at the churches are free of charge. Any registration fee and housing cost can be paid through paypal on our registration site.
