Welcome to the Housing and Volunteer registration page of SturgisBikeGiveaway.com.  Below is general information about the rally.  After reading this page we invite you to register as  volunteer and indicate your need for housing s well.

Note the following information:

• The rally ministry is August 6-14, 2010.
• We have some housing available in churches, private homes, and tent/RV sites on church grounds.  Some of the churches have shower facilities, for those that don't we will be working on obtaining shower trailers.  There be a limited number of private homes available at a per night cost.
• The normal day for the rally ministry will begin at Black Hills Baptist Church in Whitewood, South Dakota.  Everyone working with the booth will be required to meet at that time for training.  There will be training for everyone in sharing a three minute evangelistic testimony along with other information that will insure a successful experience.
• We are asking volunteers to sign up for particular days to work in the booth.  We will divide the day into morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. After you have submitted your registration for the rally ministry, we will let your team leader know what shift you will be assigned.  In addition to volunteering to share your testimonies as a team, we would invite your team to prayer walk the Main Street area of Sturgis or the Harley Davidson area in Rapid City before each session you are scheduled to work.  Please indicate your team's availability to prayer walk on the registration form.
• After your team has registered for the rally ministry, a letter of confirmation will be sent to your group leader indicating when you will be working, where you will be staying, and what you will need to bring.  If you are registering alone, please register as a team of one.
• As you prepare for the rally ministry, you are encouraged to do the following:

1. Pray that God will prepare you for the week.
2. Enlist people to pray for you on the days you share in the booth.
3. View testimony training on the website.
4. Share your testimony with others in your area prior to coming to the rally.

Note the deadline to register is July 5th for both the booth ministry and housing (or until all slots are filled).
