Dear Friends:   Welcome to the Housing and Volunteer registration page of the Sturgisbikegiveaway.com. Below is general information about the rally. After reading this page we invite you to register as a volunteer and indicate your need for housing as well. Note the following information:     1. The rally ministry is August 4-9, 2008. Our first full day of sharing will be Monday August 4th. We will have the drawing to give away the bike Saturday August 9th.   2. We have some housing available in area churches. This housing consists of floor space in church buildings and camping spots on church grounds. Some of the churches have shower facilities and for those churches who don’t we will be working on obtaining shower trailers. There may be a limited number of homes available at a per night cost.   3. The normal day for the rally ministry will begin at 9:00 am at Black Hills Baptist Church in Whitewood. Everyone working with the Booth will need to meet at that time for training. Ronnie Hill will train everyone in sharing a three minute evangelistic testimony along with other information that will insure a successful experience.   4. We are asking volunteers to sign up for particular days to work in the booth. We will divide the day into 4 hour shifts. After you have sent in your registration for the rally ministry we will let you know what shift you will be assigned on the days you indicate.   5. After you have registered for the rally a letter of confirmation will be sent to you indicating when you will be working, where you will be staying and what you will need to bring.   6. We have been ask how should a group prepare for the rally ministry. Let me encourage you to do the following:   A. Pray that God will prepare you for the week. B. Enlist people to pray for you on the days you share in the Booth. C. View Testimony Training on the Website. D. Share your testimony with others in your area. We look forward to your help this year as we anticipate a greater harvest for the Kingdom. Note the deadline on the form of July 5th for registration and housing. We are anticipating a huge increase in Volunteers this year.
