The Volunteer Registration Form is to be filled out by each volunteer. Be sure to indicate your church/organization you are a part of.
The Volunteer Arrival & Housing Form must be completed by everyone attending. We need to know your contact information, when you are arriving and departing, and if you will need housing.
IMPORTANT: Deadline for registration and housing is July 5, 2008
